I notice so many people doing their regular or weekly training sessions and one thing I do notice that many people is doing many techniques improperly, and although I know that have their heart in it, but wouldn’t you bask it by knowing that you should be doing something in the right way?

And that implies talking to your partner about what you want them to do and how you want them to react since if they react in the wrong way, then they can help you to get back in shape. These days Tatami price is not that expensive. Moreover, if they don’t react in the right way, you have to return to the same beginning position, and then it is quite hard to do the repetition work.
